had its origins in Phoenix. In the late 1970s a new restaurant opened in West County, offering a secluded and intimate setting for dining...bottles imbedded in the exterior concrete walls presented very attractive lighting effects. Although popular as an after work 'watering hole' for executives ,the limited menu offered steaks, seafood and chicken ..the most popular entree by far was Alaskan King Crab Legs at $7.95 a lb.serving [lemon wedge and drawn butter included]... 1/2 package Nabisco Chocolate wafers, crushed
1/4 cup melted butter

mix and press into a 9" pie plate cover with:
1 quart softened coffee ice cream..
cover with plastic wrap and freeze about 3 hours top with cold fudge sauce and store covered in freezer at least 10 hrs.. top with whipped cream and slivered almond when serving...
