Fresh Peach Crumb pie

makes a 10 in. pie. I guess you can scale it down to 9 in.
List of Ingredients
Pastry for 10 in. pie. Form into pie pan & set aside.
Filling:
8 large peaches, peeled and thinly sliced
1 T lemon juice
1/4 cup instant tapioca
Topping:
l 1/14 cup flour
l 1/4 cup white sugar
1 and slightly less than 1/4 cup well chilled, butter cut into chunks.
Recipe
Filling:
Toss lemon juice and tapioca into peaches, and let stand 15 minutes.
Put into unbaked pie shell.
Topping:
Mix until crumbly, and put on top of peaches. Cover edge of pastry and baked in pre heated 350 degree oven for about forty minutes or until crust is nicely golden and crumbs start to just turn golden.
