    Jackie Shillington St. Louis County $25 winner 1 unbaked pie shell, in a 9" pie plate...prick with a fork. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool..

    cover bottom of crust with
    5 thickly sliced medium tomatoes [peeled]
    in 2 layers. Sprinkle with half of
    1 cup sliced green onions[ include part of the green],
    half of 1 Tab. chopped fresh basil, half of 1 Tab. chopped fresh oregano...
    season with salt and pepper..

    in a bowl mix 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese with
    1 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise. Spread on top of layers..

    repeat layering with tomatoes and rest of ingredients. Top with cheese mixture.. and then grated Parmesan on top of all...

    Bake 45 minutes until golden and firm
    Let pie cool slightly before serving..
