    Crust:
    1½-cup graham cracker crumbs
    ¼ cup melted butter
    2 tablespoons sugar

    Filling:
    1 12oz can evaporated milk
    1 3oz package lemon gelatin
    1 cup boiling water
    1 8oz package softened cream cheese
    ½ cup sugar
    1 8oz can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 cup chopped walnuts, divided

    Recipe



    Combine; press into bottom of 13x9x2” pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool

    Pour milk into a metal bowl, add the beaters. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Meanwhile dissolve gelatin in water. Chill until syrup, about 1½ hour. Remove milk and beat until stiff peaks form. In a large bowl, bet cheese and sugar until smooth. Add gelatin; mix well; stir in pineapple and ¾ cup nuts. Fold in milk. Pour into crust. Chill at least 3 hours. Sprinkle remaining nuts over the top before filling is completely firm.
