    Genia's Pumpkin Holiday Delight

    List of Ingredients

    1 graham cracker crust
    1 17oz bag miniature marshmallows
    2 cups pumpkin (small can)
    1-teaspoon cinnamon
    ½ teaspoon allspice
    ½ teaspoon salt
    1-teaspoon vanilla
    1-cup coconut, optional
    1-cup cool whip

    Recipe

    Place pumpkin, marshmallows, spices, salt and vanilla in small saucepan on low heat until marshmallows are melted. Cool mixture. Add 1-cup coconut and 1-cup cool whip. Spoon into crust. Top with cool whip. Garnish with pecans, walnuts, and coconuts, if desired
