Genia's Sundae Pie

1 cup caramel ice cream topping
1 small package chocolate chips
1 8oz tub cool whip, thawed, divided
1 can Redi-Whip
2¾-cup milk
1 chocolate graham cracker crust
2 3oz packages chocolate instant pudding
Recipe
Using 1½ cup of cool whip, drop small mounds by tablespoons into bottom of piecrust; leave spaces in-between mounds; freeze for 30 minutes or until firm. Mix boxes of pudding and milk. Gently add remaining cool whip. Pour over cool whip mounds. Freeze until firm. Thaw just until pie can be easily sliced. Decorate top of pie with chips. Pipe Redi-Whip around edges of pie. Drizzle with caramel ice cream.
