    4 small chickens, cooked, cut in pieces
    1-2 large cloves garlic, finely minced
    1/2 tablespoon black pepper
    1/2 tablespoon ground chilli
    6-8 oz. beer
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    16 oz. cups tomato sauce

    Recipe



    Combine all the ingredients (except the chicken) in a saucepan and simmer. Brush on chicken. Serves 6 (min.)
