1 16oz can Hungry Jack Biscuits â
¼ cup margarine/butter
¼ cup coarsely chopped green pepper
¼ cup sliced celery
3-tablespoon all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon chicken flavored instant bouillon
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1½-cup milk
1½ cup cubed cooked chicken
½ cup frozen peas, thawed
1 4oz can mushroom pieces and stems, drained
1 2oz jar pimentos, drained
Recipe
Bake biscuits according to can directions. Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add peppers and celery; cook and stir 1 minute. Add flour, bouillon and thyme; cook and stir until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Gradually add milk, cooking until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until heated. Split each biscuit. Spoon mixture over.
