    6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    3 cups stuffing mix for chicken
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can condense cream of mushroom soup
    ½ cup milk

    Recipe



    Place chicken in large, zipper-style, plastic bag or between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Pound chicken to ¼ inch thick with soup can.
    Mix stuffing and 1 cup water in bowl to moisten. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in eggs. Spread each breast with stuffing mixture to with ½ inch of edge. Roll up jellyroll fashion. Fasten with toothpick. Place in a 13z9 inch-baking dish. Mix soup and milk; pour over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
