Tater-Dipped Chicken

1/4 C. margarine
1 C. instant potato flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 to 3 lbs. frying chicken, cut up
Recipe
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place margarine in 13 x 9-inch baking dish; melt in oven. In plastic bag, combine potato flakes and seasonings. Place chicken in bag and shake to coat. Place chicken skin-side down in melted margarine. Bake 30 minutes, uncovered, turn chicken. Bake 30 minutes more. 4 servings.
