    Adobe Bean Salad

    List of Ingredients

    15 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    16 oz can baby butter beans or black beans, rinsed and drained
    11 oz or 15 oz can whole corn
    1 cup chopped or grated raw carrots
    1 tab. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

    Recipe

    Mix all and chill for at least an hr...I add diced green pepper and pimentos...you could substitute varieties of beans...serves 8
