    Marie Tabor Riverview Gardens,MO Mix:
    1 egg
    2 Tab flour
    2 Tab vinegar
    1/2 cup sugar
    3/4 cup pineapple juice in a small pan and cook and stir over medium heat until thick. Cool

    Dice 4 apples [granny smith are good], I leave on the peel
    1/2 cup peanuts
    8 oz cool whip

    Turn into a pretty bowl with your name on the bottom and top with 1/2 cup peanuts. Cover and chill. Bring copies of the recipe with you to the wake...
