In the screened in gazebos in the back. We got to know the waiters real well and always took an hour and a half for lunch (even though we were both working and only got an hour for lunch -- wonder we weren't both fired). No matter what you got, they always brought a really large relish dish with two or three different kinds of olives, celery hearts, radishes, and carrot sticks. The following is one of their special dressings for salads. By smalltowngal

List of Ingredients

2 C. mayonnaise
2/3 C. cream (I use Half & Half)
5 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
2 Tablespoon. chives, chopped
l tsp. garlic powder



Recipe

Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. Makes 3-3/4 cups.
