    Hendrickson's Roquefort Dressing

    3 oz cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup mayo
    1/3 cup Hendrickson's
    3/4 cup bleu cheese, crumbled

    Recipe

    mix in a bowl, holding back half the bleu cheese..
    beat until creamy, then fold in rest of bleu cheese..let chill,covered, at least three hours..makes 1 1/2 cups..
    keeps 4 to 5 days ..
