Owner Mark O'Shaughnessy of BB's Jazz, Blues & Soups, developed this sauce for the St. Louis market...spicy... but not too spicy...it is used as a dip for sweet potato fries and with Cajun sandwiches...Caribbean jerk seasoning can be found in most grocery stores and the chili garlic sauce at an Asian market.....

List of Ingredients

2 1/2 cups mayo {not Miracle Whip}
2 1/2 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Caribbean jerk seasoning
1/2 Tablespoon jarred minded garlic, packed in oil
4 dashes Tabasco Sauce




Recipe

Mix well, chill in covered glass jar..
garnish with fresh chopped tarragon...makes about 3 cups....
