    Molded Tuna Salad

    Sally Danforth from Danforth family, Charleston,MO "I must confess I have trouble keeping molded things molded"...Sally
    1 can tuna, crabmeat, or chicken, drained
    3/4 cup finely diced celery
    1/4 cup stuffed green olives, sliced
    1 Tab white vinegar
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 package lemon Jell-O, dissolved in 1 cup boiling water.

    Mix together and chill until slightly thickened, stir and pour into mold and chill at least 4 hours..
