    Emeril's Spicy Peanut Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    10 large cloves garlic, peeled
    2/3 bunch fresh coriander leaves & upper stems
    1/2 cup unseasoned peanut butter
    1/2 cup + 1 tbl. thin soy sauce
    1/4 cup sesame oil
    5 tablespoons sugar
    1 dash Chinese rice wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon hot chili oil

    Recipe



    In a food processor, combine ingredients together. Process until smooth. Place in a saucepan and bring up to a simmer. Remove from the heat and set aside.
