List of Ingredients

1 cup Quality Milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 eggs beaten
2 cups Quality Cottage Cheese
1/2 tsp. minced onion [dried]
8 oz of canned mushroom stems and pieces, drained and chopped
1 unbaked pie shell



Recipe

Heat milk, add salt and Wor. sauce to slightly warm and slowly add to eggs; mix and then fold in Cottage Cheese, onion, and mushroom...pour into 8" pie shell....bake in 425 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes
