    List of Ingredients




    1lb package elbow macaroni, cooked according to direction, drained
    8-10 slices bacon
    3 cloves chopped garlic
    5 cups half-n-half or milk
    4 eggs
    ½ teaspoon Italian sausage
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    ½ cup Italian flavored dry bread crumbs

    In a dutch oven or a large skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Remove and crumble. Set aside. Pour off all, except 1 tablespoon, drippings. Stir in garlic; cook and stir until tender. Gradually stir in milk; beat eggs and Italian seasonings. Gradually stir in until hot and slightly thickened. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese; cook and stir until melted. Stir in Parmesan cheese, macaroni and bacon. Spoon into a greased 13x9” baking pan. Top with crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.
