    Hendrickson's Red Kidney Beans

    List of Ingredients

    1 can [15 oz] kidney beans, drained
    1/4 cup diced onions
    2 Tab. sweet pickle relish
    1/4 cup diced green pepper
    1/2 cup diced celery
    2 Tab chopped pimento pieces
    1/4 cup Hendricksons
    salt and pepper to taste
    pinch of sugar

    Recipe

    mix all and chill at least an hour...keeps well for several days in refrigerator
    serves 6 to 8 as a relish side dish..
