    A different twist to an old classic

    List of Ingredients




    12 small sweet potatoes (8oz each), with skins and scrubbed
    1 1/2 stick butter, at room temperature
    3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    2 cups toasted, chopped pecans
    1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place potatoes on baking sheet. Pierce in several places. Bake til tender, 55-60 minutes. Meanwhile, in medium-size bowl, stir together butter and sugar til well blended. Gradually stir in nuts, marshmallows and flour til mixture forms loose crumbs. Remove potatoes from oven. Cut a slash lengthwise in each one. Push ends together. Stuff openings with marshmallow mixture. Return to oven. Bake til stuffing is golden brown and melted, 5-7 minutes, taking care not to burn marshmallows.
