"Yummy Potato Balls"

List of Ingredients
3 med potatoes, cut + boiled, unsalted water
� cup parmesan cheese
� of a 3oz package cream cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
� of one package Lipton onion soup (2� teaspoon dry)
1 beaten egg w/1 tablespoon milk
1 � cup coarsely crushed, corn flakes
dash pepper
dash hot bottled pepper sauce
Recipe
Cook potatoes until tender. Stir in cheeses, butter, onion, soup mix, pepper + pepper sauce. Mix well, add 1-2 T milk.
Shape into 8 balls, dip in egg, roll in corn flake crumbs.
Greased sheets, bake 400* 10-15 min until hot + crisp. 4 servings
