List of Ingredients
soup bone
2 1/2 quarts water
1 cup cabbage, chopped
1 1/2 cups tomatoes
2 cups lima beans
1 cup chopped onions
2 cups corn
1 cup turnips, chopped
salt and pepper
2 teaspoons flour
Recipe
Place soup bone in saucepan with water and boil 3 hours. Pour off fat and add seasoning and vegetables. Combine flour with the salt and pepper and combine with soup. Boil for 45 minutes and serve.
Yields 10 servings.
