1 cup raspberries, (thawed if frozen)
3 cups peaches (thawed if frozen)
3 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
1 cup peach nectar
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup sugar, optional
1 teaspoon almond extract or 2 tablespoon Amaretto
Recipe
Place raspberries in blender, puree and strain to remove seeds. Cover & refrigerate puree.
Puree peaches and lime juice in blender
Transfer to a bowl, stir in nectar, yogurt, sugar if desired, and extract. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
To serve, spoon peachy chowder in serving bowls. Using 1 Tbsp. raspberry puree for each bowl, make 3 inch circle on each serving. Using a toothpick, draw 6 lines toward center of circle to form a flower.
