    2 lbs. ground beef
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1 cup water
    1/2 tsp mustard seed
    3 Tab. Morton Tender Quick

    Recipe



    mix with clean hands and divide into 3 portions..
    shape each into a roll about 1 1/2 " in diameter x 5" long
    wrap individually with aluminum foil and "age" in the refrigerator for 24 hours..

    put 2" water in a roaster..
    lay the foil wrapped logs in the roaster and cover..
    bake at 375 for 1 1/2 hours...
    remove from water and open up ends of foil to let drain...cool..

    yield...three small sausages..
