Celeste O,Connor is one of 8 children and the only one surviving. She enjoyed helping her mother cook, with a particular fondness for baking pies. “My pies are out of this world"...she says... You might as well double this recipe...everyone wants a taste and comes back for seconds...and take copies of the recipe! Coat a 9x13 baking dish with Pam spray...
Pour into the dish..
2 [28 0z] jars Cracker Barrel Fried Apples
1 [16 oz] can whole cranberry sauce...
sprinkle with..
1 tsp. cinnamon
juice of 1/2 medium lemon

Dot with 2 Tab. butter and top with
3/4 cup chopped pecans..

Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly...
Can be served at any temperature..

Serves 12 as a side dish...
Use only Cracker Barrel Apples, available at the restaurant...

I mix the apples and cranberry sauce in a bowl before turning into the dish...
