    Recipe Introduction

an easy oven dish shared by the North County auto dealer with Jack Carney on his radio show..
during the 1970's and 1980's Jack Carney's morning radio show was the highest rated program on the airwaves in the midwest..

with a cast of regular drop-ins, remember Miss Blue???, the easy banter kept loyal listeners and a waiting list of advertisers..
his manner of delivery was so smooth that he was into the commercial before you knew it..

KMOX had a strong signal and on clear nights callers from as far as Louisiana would call into the talk segments....Jack's son John Carney has carried on his father's legacy of loving good food and sharing recipes with his audience..

Johnny Londoff built his Chevrolet dealership in North St Louis county in Florissant, on the old section of Highway 66, now Dunn Rd. he has always been a great supporter of the Variety Club Charities for Children. The Club vans are a common site, delivering children to activities and doctor appointments..

one day Johnny called in this family favorite to Jack's radio program..
