    Coconut Sour Cream Cake

    1 pkg white cake mix
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    8 oz sour cream
    8 1/2 oz can cream of coconut

    Mix according to cake mix directions. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool in pan.

    Frosting:
    1 lb box powdered sugar[3 1/2 cups]
    8 oz softened cream cheese.
    blend together on low setting of mixer then add
    2 Tab Milk
    1 tsp vanilla

    Frost cake in pan.. Sprinkle with 3 1/2 oz can of coconut [usually about 1 cup or so]
