Grate rind of 1 orange and 1 lemon into the dish. Squeeze juices into:
9"x13" pyrex baking dish.
Stir in:
1/2 cup brown sugar
Add:
1 cup or more of dried apricots
1 can bing cherries with juice
1 large [29 oz] can peach halves, drained
Mix around. Pour peach juice on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Baste with juices every 15 minutes. Can be served warm or cold . Pass a dish of Sour Cream.
