    (This is especially good in the fall season.)


    List of Ingredients




    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 or 2 small apples, chopped fine
    t tsp. vanilla

    Topping:
    Ice Cream

    Recipe



    Mix in order give and turn into a greased 8-inch pan. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with ice cream and serve.
