    List of Ingredients




    1 qt Clam juice
    1 [10oz] can clams , liquid retained
    1 cup non-fat dry milk powder
    1/2 cup skim milk
    14 0z can chicken broth
    2/3 cup flour
    3 medium baking potatoes, peeled and cubed small after baking at 400 degrees for 45 minutes..
    2 ribs celery, diced fine
    2 Tab dry minced or flaked onions
    1/4 tsp dry parsley flakes..

    add clam juice, milk , dry powder and flour to blender until smooth [30 to 45 seconds]..
    put mixture in a 3 qt saucepan and add broth. Heat on medium and stir occasionally until thickened about 10 minutes or more. DO NOT bring to a boil..

    add cubed or crumbled baked potatoes , clams with liquid, celery, parsley and onions and reduce heat to low...cook about 30 minutes, stirring once in a while..
    season with salt and pepper..
