1 head Iceberg lettuce
1/3 head Romaine lettuce
wash, drain well and chill, after chilled a few hrs, tear into pieces in salad bowl and add:
1 can artichokes, drained and chopped
1 med red onion, sliced thin
1 jar, 4oz. sliced pimentos, drained

Dressing:
2/3 cup Regina 5% red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
Shake well then pour over salad, and mix chill before serving 8
