List of Ingredients




6 thick pork chops
6 T. brown sugar
1 fresh lemon, slice thinly
6 thin slices of onion
Tomato catsup


Recipe



Place pork chops in foil lined baking dish. On each pork chop place a thin slice of lemon. Next, place a thin slice of onion on lemon slice. Next, put 1 T. brown sugar on top of each onion; then top each with catsup.
Cover dish with foil and bake at 375 degrees for one to one and a half hours or until meat is tender. Uncover and bake a few more minutes longer if not brown enough.
