    Pumpkin Pie Cake

    4 eggs, beaten
    2 cups pumpkin puree
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    2 teaspoons Pump. pie spice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 [13 oz] can Milnot [evaporated milk]

    pour onto an ungreased 9x13 baking pan..
    sprinkle 1 box yellow cake mix on top..

    1 cup melted butter [2 sticks]..
    pour on top..
    sprinkle with 1 cup chopped nuts..
    bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until knife comes out clean when inserted at the center..
    serve warm or cold...whipped cream with a grating of fresh nutmeg is a nice addition...
    even nicer is whipped cream with a little rum flavoring whipped in...
