this St. Louis based chain is sometimes thought to be in competition with Pasta House...Not necessarily true....they both have a broad customer base...Salads are similar, in fact quite a few restaurants in town have "adapted the basic" and added their own touches...ropes of provel cheese are common as an ingredient.....
1 head Romaine lettuce
1 head Iceberg lettuce, clean, tear into pieces and chill a few hrs.
10 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and cut in half
10 oz. can of hearts of palm, drained
1 large red onion, sliced thin.
Dressing:
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup vinegar
mix and toss all...can be chilled before serving.......
