4 Tab Butter...rub shallow baking dish with 1 Tab. butter
Line dish in order with half of each and then repeat layering ..
3 medium zucchini, sliced diagonally
1 large onion, sliced
3 or 4 large tomatoes, sliced thinly
12 large mushrooms sliced in 1/3s..

in a small bowl, mix 1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 teaspoon dried basil or 2 Tab fresh chopped basil
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
spoon half of mixture on layer of vegetables..
dot with 1 1/2 Tab butter....
repeat layering and cheese mixture,
dot with 1 1/2 Tab butter..

bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender...
