Tony's is a very famous Italian restaurant in downtown St. Louis, owned by the Bommarito Family...The restaurant is known world wide for excellent service and great food



List of Ingredients




1 lb ground meat[1/3 beef, 1/3 pork/ 1/3 veal]
1 egg
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese [good quality]
1 tab. grated onion
1 tsp. minced onion
1 cup bread crumbs
Fresh Parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste


Recipe



Combine all and mix GENTLY, add a little water...form into meatballs with wet hands. Brown in skillet with a small amount of olive oil. Then add to sauce of your choice and finish cooking...serve over cooked spaghetti or pasta .Pass freshly grated Parmesan on the side...serves 6
