List of Ingredients

1½ tablespoons butter
2 cups miniature marshmallow
½ cup almonds
* ¾ cups coconut
1 cup miniature M&M’s



Recipe

In a nonstick, medium sized saucepan, melt butter and marshmallow until smooth. Add nuts and coconuts, coating completely. Using buttered spoons, shape into balls and roll in M&M’s.
* For a tropical variation: reduce coconut to ½ cup and add ¼ cup dried fruit such as pineapple (diced) or banana chips broken into small pieces.
