Honey-Pecan Butterballs

List of Ingredients

1 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
2 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups finely chopped pecans
Confectioners' sugar



Recipe

Cream butter; gradually add honey and beat well. Stir in flour, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Add chopped nuts. Form into very small balls and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 300º for 40 to 45 minutes. Roll in confectioners' sugar while still hot. Cool; rol again in the confectioners' sugar. Makes 6 dozen.
