    1 lb. almond paste
    1 lb. sugar
    3 egg whites

    Recipe



    Mix in blender and roll in small ball, then 10x sugar. Put on a cookie sheet in oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
    Makes 25 to 30 cookies.
