    List of Ingredients





    1 ripe avocado
    1/4 tsp.lemon juice
    1 tsp. finely chopped green onion
    1/8 tsp. dill weed
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. parsley
    cream cheese (optional)
    alfalfa sprouts

    Recipe



    1. Peel and mash avocado.
    2. Add other ingredients and blend together.
    3. Serve on whole wheat bread spread with cream cheese (optional).
    4. Top with alfalfa sprouts.
