    Caesar Shrimp Pasta Salad

    (Reduce fat by substituting fat-free Caesar salad dressing for regular, and using light mayonnaise in place of regular, if desired.)
    1 pound uncooked large shell pasta
    1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, undrained
    3 (4-ounce drained weight) cans tiny shrimp, drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small cucumber, chopped
    2/3 cup purchased Caesar salad dressing
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well.
    Drain tomatoes, reserving 3 tablespoons liquid. In a large bowl, combine reserved tomato liquid with tomatoes, pasta, shrimp, onion and cucumber.
    In a medium bowl, stir together Caesar salad dressing, mayonnaise, salt and pepper until smooth. Add to pasta mixture; toss until combined. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
    Makes 16 to 20 side-dish servings.
