Caesar Tuna and Fettuccine

(Substitute canned salmon for tuna, if desired.)
1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated fettuccine
11/2 cups frozen cut green beans
1 (12-ounce) can water-packed white albacore tuna, drained and flaked
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
1/2 cup purchased fat-free classic Caesar salad dressing
1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
2 Italian plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add fettuccine and green beans; cook as directed on fettuccine package. Drain; return to saucepan. Add tuna, olives, salad dressing and half-and-half; toss gently to combine. Cook over medium-low heat just until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes. Transfer to a serving bowl; sprinkle with cheese. Makes four servings.
