Cappuccino Sticky Buns

1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup butter
1 (0.88-ounce) envelope cappuccino mix, crème caramel flavor
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 (7.5-ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine syrup and butter in a small saucepan. Bring just to a boil on medium heat. Whisk in cappuccino mix. Reduce heat to low; cook for two minutes, whisking continuously. Pour into an 8-inch round cake pan. Sprinkle with pecans. Arrange biscuits in pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Invert immediately onto serving plate. Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes 10 sticky buns.
