1/2 cup butter
1 (12-ounce) package (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch-flavored chips
1 cup peanut butter
4 cups crisp rice cereal
3 cups miniature marshmallows


Recipe



Butter a 9- by-13-inch baking pan. In a large saucepan, combine butter, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted (4 to 6 minutes). Stir in peanut butter until well mixed. Remove from heat. Add cereal and marshmallows; toss until well coated. Press mixture into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm (about 30 minutes). Cut into bars. Makes 32 treats. Store refrigerated.
