    Frozen Lemonade Pie

    (Substitute a 6-ounce ready-made graham cracker pie crust instead of preparing crust, if desired.)
    Graham Cracker Crust (below)
    1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
    1/2 (12-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, t hawed
    1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
    Few drops yellow food color (optional)
    Fresh lemon slices (optional)

    Graham Cracker Crust
    1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
    1/3 cup butter, melted
    3 tablespoons sugar

    Recipe



    Make Graham Cracker Crust. In a large bowl, mix ice cream, lemonade concentrate, whipped topping and food color. Pour into crust. Freeze four hours or until firm. Let pie stand at room temperature a few minutes before cutting. (If pie has been frozen for several hours or overnight, remove from freezer about 10 minutes before serving.) Garnish with fresh lemon slices. Store leftover pie in freezer. Makes eight servings.

    Graham Cracker Crust
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Press mixture against bottom and side of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool 30 minutes.
