    I found a recipe for a dip called Horn Dorset Dip in Faxton Hospital cookbook. The restaurant is called the Horned Dorsey and it is still around

    List of Ingredients





    1 medium onion
    2 1/2 cups sharp cheese
    1 cup mayonnaise

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425.
    chop onion , shred cheese

    Mix ingredients and place in baking dish. Bake until brown on top, about 25-30 min.
