    2 cups flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 (15-ounce) can pu mpkin
    1 2/3 cups sugar
    1 cup vegetable oil
    3/4 cup raisins (optional)
    Cream Cheese Icing:
    1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 cups confectioners' sugar

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, oil and raisins. Beat with an electric mixer until blended. Add the flour mixture; beat until well combined. Stir in raisins. Spread batter in an ungreased 15-by-10-by-1-inch baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting. Cut into squares. Makes 24 bars. (Store covered and refrigerated.)

    Icing:
    In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add confectioners' sugar, beating until smooth.
