List of Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup boiling water
1 cup of four
pinch of salt
4 eggs
Recipe
Put water and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil Mix in flour and salt, stir until smooth. Remove from heat add eggs one at a time, stirring between adding eggs. Drop on greased cookie sheet by tbsp one for each creampuff (I make mine bigger) Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or lt. brown Cool. Split sides with a knife can fill with cooked pudding or ricotta filling. Ricotta filling below with Cannollis Don't use instant pudding I made that mistake and they were soggy.
