    (To create a foamy topping, blend some of the hot mixture in a blender container and add to each serving.)
    3 cups half-and-half or light cream, divided
    6 ounces white chocolate baking squares, cho pped
    1 (3 to 31/2-inch) cinnamon stick
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. almond extract

    Recipe



    In a medium saucepan combine 1/4 cup of the half-and-half, the baking squares, cinnamon stick and nutmeg. Stir over low heat until baking squares are melted. Add remaining half-and-half. Cook and stir until heated through. Remove from heat. Remove cinnamon stick. Stir in vanilla and almond extract. Makes five servings.
